Key Responsibilities- Deliver Engaging English Lessons: Plan and teach stimulating English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 and KS4 (GCSE) aligned with the UK National Curriculum.
- Full Teaching Ownership: Take charge of full class responsibilities, including lesson preparation, constructive marking, and tracking attainment to boost pupil outcomes.

We are searching for an articulate, creative educator with a genuine enthusiasm for English and strong classroom leadership. Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or QTLS. Demonstrated experience teaching English Language and Literature within a UK secondary school framework. Strong classroom management techniques grounded in positive reinforcement and high expectations. Excellent communication and organisational skills for working with pupils, staff, and parents. Holds an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one through Randstad).
