Your Role:
- Early Years Delivery: Supporting the Nursery Room Lead to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences for our youngest pupils.
- Ratio Compliance: Providing the essential QTS/EYTS cover needed to maintain safe and effective staff-to-child ratios.
- Classroom Support: Working within a collaborative team to ensure a positive, safe, and productive environment.
- Flexible Approach: If you hold Level 6 EYTS and prefer to work in a TA capacity, the school is happy to offer the role on this basis.
- Zero Planning: Focus entirely on the children; the Nursery Room Lead provides all planning and guidance for the sessions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) is essential.

- An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
