Flexible Shift Patterns
We have options for Monday-Friday only or Monday-Sunday rotas. Full-time hours are 44.25 per week, but part-time applicants are highly welcomed. Shifts are a combination of:
- Early: 06:45 to 13:30
- Late: 15:45 to 22:00
- Long Days / Split Shifts: 06:45 to 13:30 & 15:45 to 22:00
- Extended Shifts (Mon-Sun rota only): 12:00 to 22:00 or 06:45 to 16:00

- Supporting young people with daily living skills and encouraging independence.
- Building positive relationships that help learners feel safe and confident.
- Encouraging participation in education, hobbies, recreation, and community activities.
- Collaborating closely with on-site teachers, therapists, healthcare professionals, and families.

Requirements
- Right to Work: Eligibility to work in the UK is essential. (Please note: Visa sponsorship cannot be provided for this role).
- Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, in childcare, adult care, or personal experience with SEN is desirable but not essential. A caring attitude is key!
