The Role: SEN Teacher

You will be supporting some of the most profound Autistic learners, who may never acquire spoken language, require constant support, and thrive with dedicated, expert care. Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and teaching a class of 6-8 SEN learners.
- Delivering an individualised curriculum focused on promoting the ability to learn in new ways.
- Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
- Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and whole school training events.
