The school provides a nurturing and stimulating environment for approximately 85 pupils with complex and severe learning needs, each with an Education, Health, and Care Plan. The school is dedicated to delivering a specialist education that empowers all children to achieve their full potential, developing academic, functional, and independent skills. With state-of-the-art facilities, including specialist resource areas, a hydrotherapy pool, a sensory room, and a soft play room, itβs an exceptional place to learn and grow.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with diverse learning needs. You will work alongside experienced teachers and other professionals to deliver a personalised curriculum, ensuring every child receives the support they need to succeed. This is a temporary position with working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
