Randstad Education is currently seeking dedicated and energetic EYFS Teaching Assistants for supply roles in primary schools across Bradford. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Running small group activities, including phonics, numeracy, and literacy sessions.
  • Assisting with setting up learning environments, including role-play areas and outdoor activities.
  • Providing one-to-one support to children who may need extra help or encouragement.
  • Fostering a positive, caring, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
  • Assisting with daily routines, including snack times and personal care.

What we are looking for:

  • A relevant qualification in childcare or education (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3, NNEB).
  • Proven experience working with children in an EYFS setting (Nursery or Reception).
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, staff, and parents.
  • A patient, creative, and enthusiastic approach to learning.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service, or the willingness to apply for one.
