Overview

A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a passionate and experienced Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in the M40 area. This is a crucial, long-term position supporting children with special educational needs within a welcoming and inclusive early years environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN and EHCPs.
  • Assist with personal care where required (such as nappy changing) to support pupil development and well-being.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months\’ experience in a primary school setting.
  • Strong preference for candidates who have worked with young children in EYFS.

Details

  • Full-time (08:30-15:30, Monday-Friday), long-term role.
