At the Essex Team, we work with a wide variety of primary schools in Southend. We offer total flexibility - whether you're looking for day-to-day supply to fit around your lifestyle or a long-term position in a local school.
Supporting Learning:- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children understand lessons and stay engaged.
- Assisting students with additional needs (SEN), including Autism or ADHD, by adapting tasks to suit their learning style.
- Helping the teacher set up activities, manage classroom behaviour, and create a positive learning environment.
- Providing emotional and social support to help pupils grow in independence and self-esteem.
- Supporting children during play and group work to develop their social skills.
Previous experience working with children (schools, youth work, or childcare settings).
An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
