Supporting Learning:
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children understand lessons and stay engaged.
  • Assisting students with additional needs (SEN), including Autism or ADHD, by adapting tasks to suit their learning style.
  • Helping the teacher set up activities, manage classroom behaviour, and create a positive learning environment.
Building Confidence:
  • Providing emotional and social support to help pupils grow in independence and self-esteem.
  • Supporting children during play and group work to develop their social skills.

Previous experience working with children (schools, youth work, or childcare settings).

An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
