The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Are you capable of delivering dynamic English lessons that engage and challenge students? Are you a qualified teacher (QTS/PGCE) with a strong background in English or a related field? We are looking for skilled and passionate English teachers to motivate KS3 and KS4 students across Blackpool and Lancaster. Responsibilities:
  • Creating a positive learning environment through professionally planned lessons and classroom displays
  • Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience in children
  • Having control over the whole class and maintaining discipline
  • Adhering to the curriculum, including up to date changes in the structure
  • Use assessment data to inform lesson planning
  • Set homework and mark promptly
  • Ensure a high quality of teaching and learning takes place
  • Deal with immediate problems/emergencies according to school policy and procedures
  • Strong subject knowledge
  • Punctual and reliable

Please note that this role is unable to offer any Sponsorship at this time. All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references. A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
