Location: Wirral

Position: English Teacher (KS3/KS4)

Salary: £150 - £220 per day (depending on experience)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has QTS (Qualified Teaching Status).
  • An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS) - we can help with this.
  • Can teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4.
  • Brings energy, innovation, and emotional intelligence to the classroom.

Duties:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in English Language and Literature (KS3-KS4).
  • Regularly assess student work using formative and summative assessment techniques.
  • Liaise with parents/carers regarding student progress and behaviour.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
  • Use a variety of teaching methods to meet diverse student needs and abilities.
  • Participate in department and whole-school meetings.
