Position: English teacher
Contract Type: Full-Time permanent position

Randstad Education is currently partnering with a supportive and forward-thinking school to recruit a qualified teacher for a fantastic permanent opportunity. We are seeking a dedicated professional who can deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for the right candidate.
This is a full time permanent opportunity and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.
- Lead a small class and effectively manage a team of Teaching Assistants (TAs).
- Create, implement, and review Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Proven experience as a teacher in an SEN setting or with significant SEN experience.
- Patient, resilient, and creative in your teaching approach.
- A strong advocate for students with special educational needs.
All candidates will be subject to Randstad Education's child protection and UK eligibility vetting including a DBS check and providing satisfactory references. A DBS on the update service would be a distinct advantage due to the urgent nature of some of these roles.
