- Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
- Plan and prepare engaging resources tailored to student needs.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive environment.
- Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
- Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams and internal assessments.
- Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic achievement.
