  • A Degree in English or a related subject.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality English Language and Literature lessons to KS3 & KS4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere for all learners.
  • Plan and prepare engaging resources tailored to student needs.
  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to ensure a productive environment.
  • Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to drive progress.
  • Support students in their preparation for GCSE exams and internal assessments.
  • Collaborate with department colleagues to share best practices and resources.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic achievement.
