Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Learning and Pastoral Support Teaching Assistant to join our specialist team.

You will help young people with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD thrive in a supportive, structured environment, and you will work hands-on to make a lasting impact.

Hours are 8:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with term-time only working.

You will support students in small classes using trauma-informed practice, track progress on EHCP/IEP plans, and foster a safe, positive environment
