We are partnering with a thriving day nursery in Crawley to recruit four dedicated Level 3 Practitioners for their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity to join a setting led by a hands‑on owner who prioritises staff wellbeing and team stability. Key Responsibilities

  • Early Years Delivery: Planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities using a 'Curiosity Approach' to foster engagement.
  • Key Person Duties: Acting as a Key Person for a small group, tracking developmental milestones, and setting weekly targets.
  • Communication: Building transparent, professional relationships with parents and carers via digital diaries (EY Log).
  • Environment: Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.
  • Inclusion: Utilising proactive behaviour management and supporting children with additional needs (SEN).

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant UK Level 3 Childcare qualification (e.g., CACHE or NVQ).
  • Characteristics: A reflective, resilient, and creative practitioner who acts as a professional role model.
  • Compliance: Subject to an Enhanced DBS check, full CV history, and Right to Work in the UK.
  • Commute: Ideally based in or around Crawley; the setting is a 20‑min walk from Three Bridges or Crawley Station.
