Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every child feels valued and respected.
- Assess children's progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide tailored support and interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to ensure the holistic development of each child.
- Promote positive relationships and effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent in Early Years Education.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum and best practices in early childhood education.
