Randstad Education is recruiting a Learning and Pastoral Support Teaching Assistant to help young people with SEMH, Autism, and ADHD thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

The role is term-time with hours 8:30 to 16:30, offering regular holiday time off.

You will work in small classes, support EHCP/IEP plans, and employ trauma-informed approaches to build student independence while safeguarding welfare and promoting a calm school culture.
