A specialist day centre is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join their vibrant care service for young people with moderate to severe SEN and complex needs. Supporting over 50 individuals, the centre fosters a love of learning and personal growth, helping young people develop life skills, build confidence, and enhance their employability.
Role Details:
- Part time, Min 3 days a week - Permanent position
- Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Year-round)
- Start Date: ASAP

Your role will include:
- Supporting with life skills
- Supporting with homework/study/educational activities
- Promoting independence amongst the people we support
- Supporting people we support with personal care needs
- Dealing with complex needs
- Liaise with other agencies and families when necessary
Skills required for the role:
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with other agencies
- Kind, nurturing and committed individual who is keen to support SEN learners
- Experience working within the care sector (desirable)
- Eligibility to work in the UK
