- Assessment & Tracking: Using formative and summative assessment data to create precise intervention maps for pupils underachieving in core subjects.
- Subject Leadership: Taking responsibility for a foundation subject area, overseeing its development and resource allocation across the whole school.
- Collaborative Planning: Participating in trust-wide moderation and planning sessions to share best practices and ensure curriculum consistency.
