Roles & Responsibilities- Designing and implementing a creative, high-impact curriculum that aligns with national standards and stimulates pupil curiosity.
- Conducting rigorous formative and summative assessments to monitor pupil attainment and inform future lesson planning.
- Leading a specific curriculum subject area across the school, providing guidance and resources for colleagues.
- Managing and mentoring assigned classroom support staff to ensure the effective delivery of 1:1 and small-group support.
