Essential Requirements
- Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Demonstrate substantial leadership experience within a secondary school setting.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).

- Ensure accurate record-keeping of student data to inform teaching strategies.
