Randstad Education is seeking a skilled, analytical Data Manager for a temporary assignment in Sutton Coldfield. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining the school's data systems, ensuring that all student information is accurate, up to date and accessible. This role is central to school improvement, ensuring that leaders have accurate and timely information to support decision-making.

You will work closely with senior leadership, teaching staff and administrative teams to provide high-quality data analysis that supports decision-making and improves outcomes. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data clearly. You will play a central role in supporting assessment, tracking and reporting processes across the school. You must have strong IT proficiency, in particular with MS Excel.
