We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Year 1 Supply Teacher to join our team. Your role will be essential in shaping young minds and supporting them to achieve their best.

Responsibilities:
- Delivering engaging and creative Key Stage 1 lessons to Year 1 pupils
- Create a stimulating learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Ability to communicate with and encourage children with additional needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to implement effective teaching strategies
- Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians regarding student progress
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Relevant Year 1 / KS1 teaching experience with 2 professional/proven references
- An enhanced child DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one)
- Right to work in the UK - Essential (sponsorship is not available with this role)
- Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum, specifically Key Stage One (KS1) & phonics frameworks
- Being passionate about teaching and learning
