Your Responsibilities
- Deliver Targeted Assistance: Partner with specific cohorts or individual learners to provide a reliable foundation for their success.
- Execute EHCP Goals: Utilise Education, Health and Care Plans to facilitate customised learning objectives and developmental milestones.
- Manage Behavioural Needs: Apply uniform techniques to navigate complex behaviours and encourage healthy emotional self-regulation.
- Foster Independence: Enhance students' interpersonal skills and self-reliance, guiding them through social exchanges and everyday habits.
- Engage in Teamwork: Act as a crucial member of a diverse professional group, including classroom teachers, SENCOs, and visiting specialists.
- Provide Personal Care: Offer assistance with personal care as needed, maintaining the student's dignity and wellbeing at all times.
