Randstad Education is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant for an independent specialist school in Crawley. You will support children with complex needs 1:1, in small groups and in class, helping their learning and wellbeing while building confidence and life skills.
This full-time, permanent, term-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 4:30, and offers training, progression opportunities, and access to excellent resources. Prior SEN experience and eligibility to work in the UK are required.
