Qualifications: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognized UK equivalent (ECTs/NQTs are encouraged to apply). Strong working knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum across KS1 and/or KS2. Excellent classroom management skills with an approachable and patient teaching style. Proven ability to build professional relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Possess an enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for one). Preferred:Experience leading a specific subject area or familiarity with phonics screening frameworks (e.g., Read Write Inc., Bug Club, or Letters and Sounds).
