Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and fully qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic, close-knit team. This is a full-time permanent position and you will be required to support five days a week Monday - Friday inline with school hours.

Qualification: Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CACHE Level 3)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver creative activities aligned with curriculum goals.
- Track, observe, and document individual child development.
- Maintain strict safety, health, and child protection standards.
- Provide daily updates and constructive feedback to families.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a productive room environment.
Preferred Skills:
- A Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g., Early Years Educator).
- Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted frameworks.
- Clear verbal and written skills for staff, children, and parents.
- Ability to implement age-appropriate positive behaviour strategies.
- Proficient in tracking progress and maintaining accurate records.
- Valid Paediatric First Aid certification is highly desirable.
