  • EHCP Delivery: Working directly with Education, Health, and Care Plans to meet bespoke learning and developmental milestones.
  • Emotional Regulation: Implementing positive behaviour strategies to help students manage their emotions and navigate challenges.
  • Social Advocacy: Boosting pupils' independence and communication skills, helping them build confidence in social settings.

  • Holistic Care: Assisting with personal care where necessary, always maintaining the dignity and wellbeing of the pupil.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Proven Experience: A solid background in supporting pupils with SEN (Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or MLD) is essential.
  • True Resilience: The ability to remain calm, patient, and nurturing, even during high-pressure moments.
  • Commitment: A desire for a long-term, consistent position where you can become a vital part of the school family.
  • Communication Skills: The ability to build instant rapport with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Qualifications: Ideally, a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (or significant equivalent experience).

  • Work-Life Balance: Guaranteed Monday to Friday schedule, with all school holidays off.
