The Task: You will lead classrooms and manage student behaviour while students complete work set by their regular teachers.

What We Are Looking For

  • While QTS is not required for this role, we are looking for individuals who can command a classroom with a positive and firm presence.
  • ECTs Welcome: A fantastic way to stay in the classroom and see different school settings while looking for your first teaching post.
  • Education Background: Experience working with teenagers (e.g., coaching, youth work, or previous school roles) is highly desirable.
  • Confidence: The ability to manage a classroom of 30 students and ensure they stay on task.
  • Versatility: You could be in a Science lab in the morning and a PE hall in the afternoon!
