The Role at a Glance
- Location: Secondary schools across the Brixham and Plymouth area.
- Hours: Roughly 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only).

The Task: You will lead classrooms and manage student behaviour while students complete work set by their regular teachers.
What We Are Looking For
- While QTS is not required for this role, we are looking for individuals who can command a classroom with a positive and firm presence.
- ECTs Welcome: A fantastic way to stay in the classroom and see different school settings while looking for your first teaching post.
- Education Background: Experience working with teenagers (e.g., coaching, youth work, or previous school roles) is highly desirable.
