The Opportunity
Are you an empathetic and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding 1:1 role? The Role
The core focus of this position is to support one primary-aged child across all areas of their development. You will be their consistent point of support, helping them build confidence and engage with the world around them.
- Primary-Focused Support: Provide tailored 1:1 support throughout the school day, ensuring the child feels safe and supported.
- Early Intervention: Implement the child's Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan, focusing on early social, emotional, and academic skills.
- Creative Adaptation: Use play-based learning and sensory resources to make the curriculum accessible and engaging.

The Ideal Candidate
