Role: Secondary Supply Teacher Location: Essex Position: Flexible / Temporary / Cover Pay Rate: £120 - £140 per day (DOE) Are you an enthusiastic Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and a better work-life balance? Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-planned, engaging lessons across a range of subjects and year groups. Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment in line with school policies. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and foster a supportive learning space. Leave detailed feedback for returning class teachers. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome). Strong classroom management and adaptability skills. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one). Right to work in the UK.
