Are you an experienced SEND Instructor or an Unqualified Teacher with a proven track record of leading classrooms? We are looking for a dedicated individual to step into a key instructional role at one of our partner schools in Colchester. This position is perfect for someone who possesses the expertise to manage a classroom and deliver specialised content without necessarily holding QTS, but with the senior experience required to guide students with complex needs.

As a SEND Instructor, you will take full responsibility for a class group, focusing on students with Complex Needs, ASD, or SEMH. You will lead a team of Teaching Assistants to create a stable, nurturing, and high-achieving environment.

  • Independence: the ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of lesson planning and student outcomes.
