With over 110 pupils and a consistently oversubscribed status, we provide a dynamic and rewarding place to work. We\’re looking for a dedicated Classroom Support Assistant to help our learners flourish, with an immediate start.
What You\’ll Do: Empowering Learners to Succeed
As a Classroom Support Assistant, you\’ll be at the heart of our students\’ development. Your role will involve:

Supporting learners with complex needs on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.

Assisting children in achieving their learning objectives through a creative and interactive curriculum.

Contributing to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment where every child feels supported and valued.

Using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and students.
What We\’re Looking For: Your Skills and Passion

Relevant experience in supporting children, which can include voluntary experience.

GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).

Eligibility to work in the UK.

The Details
This is a full-time position and applicants must be available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm. This is a term-time only role with a start date as soon as possible.
