This highly respected, popular specialist school is expanding in September 2026 and is looking for nurturing, patient, and committed CSAs to join their secondary team (11-19 years). You will be supporting learners with moderate to severe SEN needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher with the day-to-day running of the class.
  • Provide support to a small class of 3-7 learners.
  • Work collaboratively with other TAs to offer specialist support to learners with complex needs.
  • Support in the delivery of engaging and interactive lessons and educational activities.
  • Support learners with SEN on a 1:1, small group, and whole-class basis.

This is a full-time role (term-time only), Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:00 pm.

  • Essential: Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Desirable: Teaching Assistant Qualification.
  • Desirable: Relevant teaching assistant and SEN experience.
