What We Are Looking For
Practical experience assisting learners with additional SEMH needs
Commitment to a long-term placement
Capable of staying composed in challenging situations and acting as a dependable mentor for pupils.
Skilled at establishing strong connections with students, colleagues, and families. xgikmsk
Preferably possess a Level 2 or 3 TA qualification or relevant professional history.
