Duties
- Plan and teach all subjects (Maths, English, Science, etc.) for your class.
- Make lessons fun and engaging for all pupils.
- Assess work and record how well children are doing.
- Provide feedback to help pupils learn and improve.
- Manage the classroom to keep it safe and positive.
- Talk to parents about their child's progress.
- Follow all rules to keep children safe (Safeguarding).
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Excellent subject knowledge across the breadth of the primary curriculum, with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy.
- Exceptional communication skills, organisation, and a patient, positive approach to working with young learners.
