We are seeking dedicated and professional Teaching Assistants to support Year 10 and 11 students across Chester. This is a critical time for students as they prepare for their GCSEs, and your support can make a huge difference in their final results.

Duties:

  • Explaining complex GCSE subject content in a way that is easy for students to understand.
  • Helping students organize their revision timetables and coursework folders.
  • Acting as a reader or scribe for students during mock exams and final assessments.
  • Providing 1-on-1 support to help students meet their target grades in core subjects.
  • Assisting the teacher with classroom management to maintain a high-focus environment.
  • Encouraging students to stay motivated and manage their exam-related stress.
  • Supporting pupils with additional learning needs to ensure they can access the full curriculum.
