What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)
- Delivering engaging, pre-planned lessons across various Secondary subjects and year groups.
- Creating a positive, supportive, and productive classroom environment.
- Applying effective behaviour management techniques in line with school policies.
- Supporting department colleagues and leaving helpful feedback for the regular teacher at the end of the day.
What We Need From You (Requirements)
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised UK teaching qualification (PGCE, BEd).
- Strong classroom management skills and a passionate, adaptable attitude.
- An Enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one with our help).
- The right to work in the UK.
