Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive secondary school community in Chelmsford.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Support: Delivering 1:1 and small group intervention sessions in core subjects (English, Maths, and Science).
- Classroom Partnership: Collaborating with subject teachers to differentiate materials and ensure all students can access the curriculum.
- Student Wellbeing: Acting as a mentor and role model, fostering a positive learning environment and managing classroom behaviour effectively.
