We are currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to support a variety of Secondary Schools, including high-achieving academies and traditional grammar schools, across Chelmsford. Your primary focus is to step into the classroom and lead lessons that have already been prepared by the department. You aren’t required to be a subject expert; you just need to be a strong, supportive leader.

- Behaviour Management: Use the school’s policy to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere.

Requirements
