We\’re seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-Time Careers Adviser to join a vibrant educational community in the area of Leeds. This is an exciting chance to shape the academic and career paths of students from Year 10 through to Year 12, with a crucial role in managing referrals for Year 13. This pivotal role requires someone who can provide expert, impartial advice to help students make informed decisions about their future. Essential Requirements

- Produce detailed and personalised student action plans following guidance sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Stay abreast of post-16 education pathways, including apprenticeships, university, and vocational training.
- Effectively manage and support referrals for Year 13 students.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and the wider student support team to integrate careers education into the curriculum.
- Organise and assist with careers-related events, such as mock interviews and career fairs.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of guidance and interventions to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilise and interpret up-to-date Local Labour Market Information (LMI) to inform student advice.
