We are seeking a motivated Temporary Candidate Resourcer to play a crucial support role within our successful Education division, based in Woodingdean. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in recruitment, offering a 3‑month contract with a genuine possibility of extension and a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Talent Identification: Actively find, source, and identify suitable candidates (teachers, teaching assistants, support staff, etc.) for temporary and permanent roles within schools.
- Consultant Support: Work closely with our Education Consultants to understand their specific vacancy needs and candidate profiles.
- Candidate Engagement: Provide excellent customer service throughout the candidate journey, building positive relationships with prospective employees.
- Compliance & Clearance: Manage the initial stages of the compliance process, ensuring all necessary documentation and checks are completed to clear candidates for work efficiently and accurately.
