- Day-to-Day Supply: Take full control of your working week. Deliver pre‑planned lessons and support consistent class teams across the secondary age range without the burden of ongoing planning, marking, or parents' evenings.
- Long-Term Placements: Enjoy the stability of a consistent timetable for a term or a full academic year. You will lead a class group, adapt the secondary curriculum to meet specific sensory and cognitive levels, and build deeply meaningful relationships with pupils and their families.
What We Are Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent teaching qualification. (Preferred)
- Experience teaching within an SEN setting, or a mainstream secondary teacher with a strong background in differentiation and a passion for transitioning into specialist sectors.
- Excellent behaviour management skills, utilising a calm, nurturing, and positive de‑escalation approach.
- The ability to adapt secondary subject content to meet individual education plans (IEPs) and varying communication styles (such as PECS or Makaton, though not essential).
- A valid Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to apply for one).
