In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic development of employability and entrepreneurship agendas, ensuring students develop the entrepreneurial mindset and core competencies needed to thrive in the world of work.
The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a whole-school strategy to embed innovation and enterprise across academic and co-curricular programmes.
- External Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with influential businesses, alumni, and universities to create mentoring and internship opportunities.
- Curriculum Integration: Collaborate with department heads to identify and embed employability and innovation competencies within subject curricula.
- Student Guidance: Provide tailored professional guidance through small group seminars and one-to-one sessions.
About You
- Experienced: You possess proven experience in employability, talent management, careers education, or recruitment.
- Entrepreneurial: You have demonstrated experience guiding others through business planning, innovation methods, and early-stage venture execution.
- Strategic & Influential: You can translate a vision into actionable plans and lead cross-functional projects through influence.
- Data-Literate: You are outcomes-focused and comfortable using data to measure impact and inform strategy.
