The Role
As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you won't just be supervising; you will be an active partner in the children's development. You will work closely with the class teachers to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Learning: Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
