Randstad Education is partnering with a Bromley-based Further Education provider to recruit a Student Achievement Support Tutor on a term-time‑only basis. You will deliver weekly group tutorials and conduct 1-to-1 mentoring to help post-16 students overcome barriers and progress to higher education, apprenticeships, or employment.

You will manage a caseload of around 15 groups (~300 students) and work with curriculum and wellbeing teams to deliver tailored interventions, monitoring progress.
