We are actively seeking an experienced Operations Manager Level 5 Apprenticeship Skills Coach and Lecturer to assist with the effective planning, delivery and organisation of the L5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship provision to two cohort groups. We are recruiting for this role as short term cover and it is a fully remote role.
Skills and Experience
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Operational Management.
- Hold a relevant teaching qualification.
- Have worked or possess the skills to be able to perform the role of an apprenticeship skills coach.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, problem solve and engage individuals and/or groups of apprentices to ensure the apprentice consistently maintains expected levels of progress.
- Possess skills such as being able to articulate clearly, adapt to suit different abilities and make presentations to class groups highly engaging.
- Strong IT literacy skills and be self-efficient with administration skills to support good management of an apprentice caseload.
Training will be provided on advanced teaching software that you can use that will support elevating your teaching to the next level.
