Requirements:
- Experience supporting teenagers or young people (e.g., secondary TA work, youth mentorship, sports coaching, or tutoring).
- Confidence working within a high school environment.
- An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or readiness to apply for one).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted 1:1 and small-group academic support across key secondary subjects (KS3 & KS4).
- Assist subject teachers with classroom management and maintaining a productive learning space.
- Help students understand pre-set coursework and break down complex subject material.
- Keep disengaged or distracted students focused and on task during lessons.
- Support pupils with organisation, time management, and study habits in the classroom.
- Circulate during whole-class teaching to offer quiet reassurance and extra guidance where needed.
