As a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant, you will be an essential part of supporting children with a range of needs, both inside and outside the classroom. Your main goal will be to help students achieve their full potential through personalised assistance and guidance. This role is both fulfilling and impactful, providing you with the chance to make a significant difference in a child's learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to students with various SEN needs, following their individual learning plans.
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create and implement effective learning strategies.
- Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and well-being.
- Keep clear communication with parents, caregivers, and professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
- Be flexible and adapt teaching methods to suit the unique needs of every student.
