Randstad is seeking Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants who want to make a genuine difference in the lives of young children. This role offers ongoing flexibility, development and opportunities to work in a range of early years environments. You will be supporting children aged 0-5 through interactive play, structured learning and daily routines. This is a fantastic opportunity for both newly qualified practitioners and experienced nursery assistants looking to broaden their experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Facilitating stimulating activities that support early childhood development
- Encouraging communication, early literacy, numeracy and social interaction
- Working as part of a collaborative team to maintain high EYFS standards
- Supervising play and ensuring children feel safe and confident
- Assisting with personal care, hygiene routines and meal times
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive and engaging nursery environment
